Lee Fletcher is the co-founder of David Lee Hair and one of Perth's most experienced stylists. With over 30 years in hairstyling and barbering, Lee has built a career defined by passion, precision, and a genuine love for the craft. A proud mentor, he has brought through numerous apprentice hairdressers over the years — shaping the next generation of talent. Together with his wife Kat, Lee has created a salon that truly reflects their shared dedication to excellence.
Kat Fletcher is the co-founder and driving creative force behind David Lee Hair. A talented stylist in her own right, Kat brings warmth, flair, and an exceptional eye for colour and style. Alongside Lee, she has built the salon into a welcoming destination where every client feels at home — and leaves looking their best.

Kenzee is a senior stylist known for her precision cutting and effortless colour work. Brooke is a senior stylist with a talent for colour transformations and modern, low-maintenance cuts. She prides herself on listening closely to her clients and tailoring every appointment to suit their lifestyle. Stella is an emerging stylist building her foundations in the craft as she works through her hairdressing course. Eager to learn and always willing to put in the work, she's developing her eye for cutting and colour under the guidance of the David Lee Hair team — and bringing fresh energy to the salon floor along the way.
Saoirse is an emerging stylist progressing through her hairdressing studies with real dedication. She's soaking up every technique she can from the senior team, building confidence behind the chair one client at a time, and already showing a natural feel for creating a great cut.
Laura is an emerging stylist taking her first steps through her hairdressing course at David Lee Hair. Hands-on and detail-focused, she's keen to learn from every appointment and grow her skills under the mentorship of the salon's experienced stylists — with plenty of passion already on display.
